Elhanan Miller was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel. He attended the Hebrew University where he graduated cum laude from the Department of Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies. While in University, Elhanan was active in the debating society, taking part in several national and international competitions. He also participated in Israeli-Palestinian dialogue groups and in pro-Israel activities on campus. Elhanan is a Fellow working for MK Colette Avital in the Knesset.
