Elizabeth Samson
The David Project, New York

Elizabeth Samson is from New York. She holds an LL.M. in International and European Law from the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands; a J.D. from Fordham Law School in New York; and a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Queens College of the City University of New York. Upon completing her L.L.M. in Amsterdam, Elizabeth returned to New York in 2005 and has since been practicing law and working in government. She recently published an article in the Fordham International Law Journal on the legal rights of foreign nationals in the United States under the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. Elizabeth is a Fellow at The David Project in New York.
