Tamar Snyder

The Jewish Week in New York

Tamar Snyder, a lifelong New Yorker, holds a M.A. in journalism from Columbia's Graduate School of Journalism, after having graduated summa cum laude from Lander College for Women. She worked for several years as an adviser for the Write On for Israel program, which trains high school students to advocate for Israel before they head off to college. Her work appears regularly on AOL and MSN, as well as in several Jewish publications. Tamar is a Fellow at The Jewish Week in New York.
